The Actress will be hosting Iyanya's kukere concert on Sunday June 9,2013 her birthday and that was why the Organisers of the event Celebrated her birthday for her yesterday night......Because she would be busy with hosting things.

Nigerian Graduates with 4.0CGPA out of 4.0 in University of Texas
A 24 year old Nigerian, Uwa Osamede Imafidon, just graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA) in the US with Masters degree in Microbiology and made a 4.0 CGPA out of the maximum 4.0 CGPA.
Before her sojourn abroad, she had earlier bagged a First Class Degree in Crop Science from University of Benin, as the Best Graduating student in her Department. So proud of her! See photos of her when she was in Nigeria for her first degree, after the cut.

Rafael Benitez posted a farewell letter on his Official Website
He wrote : "First of all I want to thank every single member of my staff, I also would like to thank all the staff at Chelsea FC. They have all contributed to make possible what this football club has achieved this season, we went far in every competition that we played in, we have virtually qualified the team for next season UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE and we have won the UEFA EUROPA LEAGUE. I also like to especially thank all of those who never appear in photographs but who offer indispensable support to us who are in the front line.

You know what they say, there is no party like a Lagos party. And we are really spending the dough, to the tune of N1billion every month, according to the Lagos State government.
Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Mr. Ademorin Kuye said made this known yesterday. He said:
“Over N1billion is spent monthly in Lagos state on entertainment and parties, we have the records to confirm this and these people, how many of them pay tax? The money goes into drinks, wine, food, aso-ebi and all of that and when they spend all of this money; they do not want to pay anything to the government”
"This justified the reason why local Governments demand that anyone organising events in the state must pay the Merriment Tax.”
“There is merriment tax in that constitution, its part of the rate Local Governments can collect. We have not fully utilised the benefit of the entertainment industry in this state”.So basically, the state government is considering the introduction of merriment/party tax? How is that even going to work? Please share your thoughts on this.

The actor and producer took delivery of a Bentley Continental GT car on April 7th and since then tongues have been wagging, with some claiming a sugar mummy bought the car for him. Aremu Afolayan has reacted to the speculations, insisting he bought the car with his hard earned money. .
"I don't think a woman will love a man so much that she will buy a Bentley for him. If they think it's easy to date elderly women and get a Bentley, let them try. The problem with people is that they tend to hate what they can't conquer. I date ladies, not older women. Photo: Husband allegedly slits wife throat in their home

AS HUSBAND SLITS WIFE THROAT IN THEIR HOME....
Endurance Ajisegiri's family got a call on Sunday April 14th from her husband, Isaac Ajisegiri, informing them that she had died at their home in the Shasha area of Lagos the previous day and he had taken her corpse to the mortuary. Endurance's family immediately called the police.
So here's what happened according to friends of the late woman. Endurance (pictured above) and Isaac were married for four years and had one child together. They also ran a business together, an education consulting firm. Sometime last year, Endurance found out that her husband was having an affair with one of their employees and this caused serious problems between them. Endurance eventually moved out of her matrimonial home with her 2 year old daughter.
On Saturday morning April 13th, Isaac's friend, a guy named Stanley came to pick Endurance from her office, saying that her in-laws (mother-in-law and sister-in-law) were waiting for her at her husband's house and wanted to resolve some issues with her. Endurance went with Stanley.
The following day, her corpse was deposited at Crystal Hospital by Isaac. Her throat had been slit with a knife from inside her kitchen. Isaac told police that endurance killed herself with the knife after a serious argument. Isaac, his mother and sister (who slept in the house that night) are now in police custody. Stanley is no where to be found. The case is being handled by the Homicide Department of the State Criminal Investigation Department.
